Guidance Counselors

Please find the attached scholarship forms for two $1,000 scholarships from the Clerk & Recorder Association.  These are statewide scholarships.   The applicant must be a graduating Senior who will be attending an IN STATE school.  Application must be completely filled out.  The forms have changed some from previous years so make sure you aren’t using any old forms.  I think the changes will be good.  I’d love to have a number of applicants from Dawson County.  Just so you are aware of how this works.  Scholarships are judged at a district level first with other Clerks from my district judging my counties applicants.  Each county then has their top 2 applicants re-judged at the district level with the top applicant from each district forwarded to the state level for a committee to review and award.

Applications are due March 14, 2025 by 5 pm.   If you have questions, feel free to ask.  They can drop them off here, email or mail them.
